Returns


We encourage you to measure your pet as accurately as possible to avoid the need for returns. In the event that you need to exchange/return an item, here are the guidelines that we follow:

Custom ordered and personalized items are not returnable. For items that are eligible, return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Damages
If an item arrives damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for or accept it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item.

Delivery
You must contact us within 30 days of order placement if your item has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.

Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, your store credit will be processed and an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to apply your store credit to your next order.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please be advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandise, it is your property. Bark Label is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Items returned through the U.S. Mail using only insurance without delivery confirmation can be lost in transit. Insurance by itself does not provide proof of delivery. If an insured item becomes lost, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with the Post Office to recover their loss for their merchandise. Insurance with the post office is a transaction between the individual and the United States Postal Service, and is not affiliated with Bark Label.
